Controlling how much you weigh is an important part of life. Because you can control it, there is no need to be concerned about it all the time. Saying fit is a choice that is made by the individual, and it is a choice that should be made. By making the choice to be fit, that is one stress that will be removed. Stress is not something that should control us, it is something we should control.
