It is becoming more commonplace for someone to be overweight. Because of all of the people who are overweight, the number of them that are facing weight related diseases is increasing. It might not be possible to fix everyone in the world. But it could be possible to affect at least one person. A single person affects the lives of so many people and that single person can be helped. I can’t solve all of the problems of the world, but if I could fix just one than I would consider myself successful.

The first thing to deal with is the question, what is overweight. When deciding if a person is obese there are several criteria to look at. Many people use a thing called BMI or body mass index to judge a person’s body. A healthcare professional will be able to judge a person’s body and tell them what their healthy weight should be. The only way to get fit and trim and stay that way is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Results will come if a person is patient. It is important for someone to lose their weight in steps. Once they set the Goals they must keep striving towards them. At one time I lived the unhealthy life. Through hard work and dedication, I got to a healthy weight. I have received many benefits from being healthy. Now I want to touch someone else facing a weight issue. I don’t plan to let anything stop me from doing just that.
