So what is a reiki attunement exactly? It is about getting connected with the life force source energy of creation.

The concept of reiki comes from Japan. The word expresses the universal life energy.

In reality Reiki, being very old cure, was known way back, and was actually written in the old Sanskrit Sutras more than 2500 years ago. It was rediscovered once more by Mikao Usui. Thus, since those days now we speak of the Usui System of reiki. You can get a powerful reiki attunement here that is similar to the Usui system: reiki attunement

By gently laying ones hand on, or slightly above, the body, this is how Reiki is given to oneself, or to others. The channel for the energy, is the giver, and through the hand this energy is given to the one who is the receiver.

Reiki is relaxing and pleasant, and works at a physical level. It works on the emotional level too, and it creates confidence. It helps to strengthen balance in your life. And it also works on the mental level too. It helps you to deal with everyday Stress better.

Many new kinds of reiki can be found today. There is: Usui-Reiki, Karuna Reiki or Shamballa Reiki, and WhiteLight Self-Empowerment. I can’t imagine one system being better than another. I think all the many different forms of reiki will work together well. But the one with highest frequency is right here: reiki attunement

There is between one to four degrees of reiki to learn. To initiate you into the energy each degree probably comes with an attunement.

The first degree? Here is an example:

A First Degree

•Basic knowledge about reiki, and basic hands-on healing method.
•Aura and Chakra instruction.
•Initiation into reiki by means of “attunements” you will become a reiki channel.
•From this time on, reiki energy will flow through your hands. YOU are now a reiki practitioner (healer).
